This Craft Stick Rabbit is a lot of fun to make! It’s a perfect DIY craft to make with your kids for Easter! Make a whole herd of bunnies and paint them all different colors.
What You’ll Need to Make Your own Bunny Craft
- Craft Sticks
- Paint
- Hot Glue
- Googly Eyes
- Pipe Cleaners
- Paint Brushes
- Markers
- Pom-Pom
- Construction Paper
Step 1
Take six craft sticks and hot glue them together.
Step 2
Paint about an inch at the top with the color you’d like your bunny’s hat to be. I picked pink. Then paint the rest of the craft sticks white for the bunny’s face. Your seventh craft stick will be the rim on the hat, so paint it the same color as the hat. Let it dry.
Step 3
Hot glue the craft stick that’s the rim of the hat in the middle of where the pink and white meet.
Step 4
Take your white paper and your colored paper and fold it in half. With your marker, draw an ear. Draw the larger part of the ear on the white and the inside of the ear on the colored paper.
Step 5
Cut out the ears and then hot glue the colored inside of the ear to the white of the ear.
Step 6
Hot glue on the ears.
Step 7
Hot glue on the bunny’s pom-pom nose, pipe cleaner whiskers, and googly eyes.
Step 8
With your marker, draw on your bunny’s smile.
Now you have your very own Craft Stick Bunny Craft!
