If you order from us, or if you request a catalog, then we will send you a new catalog from time to time, depending on the amount of business you do with us. Return & Exchange Policies
Any material purchased from us which for any reason is found to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange... it's that simple.

If anything we send you is lost or damaged in shipping, or anything is mistakenly left out of your order, just let us know in writing within 10 days of the receipt of your order and we will replace it immediately.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in good condition and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. After the 30 day period a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Customers will be responsible for return freight except in the case of error on the part of Economy Handicrafts.

Please keep in mind that there is a minimum shipping charge of $8.00.

New York residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax. If you or your organization are Tax Exempt, you will need to contact our Customer Service department after placing your order. We do not charge your credit card until the order ships, so you will not be charged immediately upon submitting your order.
